Welcome to https://earokay.com Earokay Ear Wax Removal website official. Our primary goal is 100% customer satisfaction.

But if you are not perfectly satisfied with Earokay Ear Cleaner, we offer a 15-day warranty.

  1. Typically, we don't offer returns, but we will replace a damaged or broken product if you notify us within 15 days.
  2. We only offer a replacement if full proof is provided that it was damaged by the manufacturer or during delivery.

Warranty

Earokay offers a 6-month manufacturer warranty following delivery for any failures or defects that occur through normal use.
The warranty won’t be renewed for the replacement. When you shop with Earokay, may be returned for a full refund or a replacement. To qualify for the warranty claim, we require a video that would support the issue being reported. Once received, we will gladly process the replacement or refund; whichever is appropriate. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original package with all original contents undamaged. Accessories or other items received as part of a promotional offer or gift must be returned for a refund or exchange along with the original product. Earokay cannot accept returns products that had been altered, scratched, or marked. The customers will be charged for shipping costs of returns. No restocking fee be charged for the return items (Subject to availability).

◆ Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Damaged Products

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us with images of the product within 15 days of receiving it. If the product was damaged during processing or delivery, we will gladly send you a replacement.

 Lost or Stolen Packages

Most orders are delivered within the posted time frames. However, external factors, such as the current pandemic or inspections can sometimes cause delays. Contact us or fill out the replacement form and we may be able to deliver your package to you faster or offer a replacement.

 Product Conditions

Your satisfaction is our top priority, but we do not accept replacement requests if the product is fully functional. Our guarantee only covers damaged products and items lost during delivery.

Transaction & Approval

Once your form is submitted, we will notify you whether you qualify for a replacement within 1-3 business days. We will then send you a replacement.

 Duty

All the products in https://earokay.com Earokay Ear Wax Removal are VAT excluded.

The price doesn’t include duties or fee customs clearance.

 Responsibility

The full refund or replacement will be made when the cost is caused by Earokay. However, the loss and responsibility should be covered on your end when delivery failed due to your reasons:

  1. Inexactly or wrong provided shipping information;
  2. Unsuccessfully delivery due to the receipt is not home;
  3. Refusal to pay taxes levied by customs in the destination country in accordance with local laws, resulting in the destruction or loss of the parcel.

Kind reminders for unsuccessful delivery caused by the above reasons:

  1. The re-ship or the refund will be processed after received the return package;
  2. Shipping charges on the original items and the new package will be at your expends.
  3. If you have yet to receive a refund after processed, initially check your bank account again. (Please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.)
